Original Watercolor by Clare L Jones
Caught in a fleeting moment among delicate blossoms, a hummingbird hovers with wings outstretched in A Moment in Bloom — an original watercolor inspired by the beauty, color and energy of the garden.
Fresh greens, warm golds and touches of russet bring the hummingbird to life, while soft peach blossoms and vibrant pink buds provide a gentle contrast. Loose, subtle washes in the background keep the composition light and airy, allowing the bird and flowers to take center stage.
Presented in a deep red mat that echoes the warm tones within the hummingbird and flower buds, A Moment in Bloom is a colorful, one-of-a-kind original celebrating one of nature's smallest and most captivating visitors.
